Currie & Brown is looking for an experienced, energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our established and highly regarded healthcare advisory services team at associate or associate director level.

The healthcare advisory services team is one of the leading such teams in the country and provides a range of services to commissioners, service providers, contractors and funders in the UK healthcare market. The services provided include business case preparation,estate strategy development, healthcare planning, space utilisation surveys, pre-construction project management, programme direction, PMO set-up and post-project evaluations.

**All About The Role**
- Leading commissions or working as part of a team in the delivery of healthcare business cases and estate strategies to clients in the public and private healthcare sector
- Providing consultancy services on contracts through performance and project management
- Managing client relationships
- Developing service propositions and tender responses for the consulting business
- Actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Managing junior team members and supporting them to develop their careers
- Playing an active role in team marketing activities
- Contributing to the growth and development of Currie & Brown as a whole

**All About You**

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience of healthcare consultancy across primary care, secondary care and mental health
- Experience in the delivery of projects and or programmes in the healthcare and/or facilities management setting
- Experience of line management
- Experience of the financial management of commissions
- Experience of participating in the preparation of fee proposals, tender responses and interviews
- Confident in the analysis of large-scale data sets and the ability to articulate and present the findings
- PRINCE2/MSP/BBCP qualifications an advantage
- In-depth awareness of NHS processes and service delivery initiatives
- Competent in the development of fee proposals and job financial management including forecasting, management of sub-contractors and invoicing
- An able and persuasive communicator
- Capable of managing multiple projects, prioritising client requirements and managing client expectations, without compromising service delivery
- Good skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and MS Project
