Our client, a mid-sized consultancy, part of a larger privately owned group, has a thriving Healthcare Practice that has seen phenomenal growth over the last three years, due to a combination of reputation, a first-class team and some super-clever positioning.
As a result, the practice is ready to make another senior hire, a Director or an Associate Director with the expertise to manage seriously ground-breaking work and play an integral role in the ongoing growth and running of the practice as part of the senior management team.
The client list comprises both big name pharmaceuticals and smaller start-ups/innovators, all united by their passion for finding scientific solutions to the world’s healthcare problems across a range of therapy areas. The nature of the work is broad - strategic comms, brand planning, scientific data communications, disease awareness, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, congress content, message development and digital strategy. And the team works closely with the agency’s in-house Insights and Analytics and Creative units, so it’s all perfectly integrated.
