In-house Motion Designer provides creative solutions with their extraordinary motion skillset, working collaboratively and closely with the marketing team and leading creatives to produce beautiful, innovative, and relevant work but is equally able to provide elegant and simple solutions when required.

In collaboration with our design team, you will create full 2D and 3D animations and add animation to digital media. You will have the opportunity to work from concept and storyboarding.

The Motion Designer will be working on things such as:

- Creating animations for creative campaigns
- Adding animation to film
- Title slides
- Animating logos
- Overlays
- Templates
- Sound design
- Storyboards
- Scripts
- Postproduction

The Motion Designer must be / have:

- Expert in After Effects across a range of styles including illustrative, character, typographic and shape animation.
- Expert in Illustrator, Premiere, Photoshop.
- A keen eye for footage and shots with an overall passion for video content, using initiative and a refined approach to
- deliver content that is consistent with the Caprice brands
- Confident in idea conceptualisation, design, development and realisation.
- Practice grounded by a firm understanding of animation principles.
- Up to date on latest motion and design trends with an arsenal of references.
- Keen interest in new approaches, platforms and technologies.
- An understanding of and experience in designing for different mediums (e.g. web, television and social media) and the
- restraints or restrictions involved.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and collaborative approach to creative ideas.
- No ego, happy to muck in, helping the team where necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure without compromising performance or accuracy in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Organised designer, planning and managing time and meeting deadlines.
