**My Client is a unique National Law firm who are looking to take on a Front of House Assistant from a professional firm or another legal competitor within the same discipline. They are one of the top leading regional firms measured by quality, clientengagement and satisfaction and people retention and development.**
**About the role**:
The primary focus of the role is to deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with the Client and Marketing department to build Client Relationships and have insight into events and Front of House.
**Duties**:
- Meeting and greeting all clients and providing a lasting positive impression.
- Organising, serving and clearing all food and beverage requirements for all meetings and events.
- Prepare meeting rooms.
- Ensure all meeting equipment (AV/VC) is in working order and set up for all required meetings.
- Travelling to other client suites to work alongside other Front of House team colleagues and provide cover at other suites if needed.
- Reporting any tasks relating to the building, cleaning and security etc seeing through to resolution.
- Supporting the wider C&M team as and when required.
**About You**:
- Experience of working in a corporate or professional service reception, hospitality, or luxury retail environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and forward-thinking
- Can work collaboratively in a team environment but also able to work independently.
- Able to interact and network with a variety of people.
- Self-motivated and level-headed with a resilient and tolerant outlook.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suites/ Zoom/ Teams

Monday - Friday / 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (8-hour shifts) There are occasional morning/evening meetings or events where the shift would then change to accommodate.
