We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing guest interactions, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist in seating arrangements and managing reservations effectively.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Support bartending duties, including mixing drinks and serving beverages as required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with catering events as needed, providing excellent service to guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to help colleagues when needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
