The details:
- Working hours: 37.5, Monday - Friday
- Salary: £23,200 - £25,825 depending on experience
- Permanent position
Key responsibilities:
- Primarily you’ll be overseeing online & regular giving, both in terms of influencing user experience (UX) as well as processing data
- To produce reports and reconcile the team’s monthly income
- To help deliver analytical insights for the fundraising & marketing team and organisation at large, with a particular focus on online channels
- Proactively manage all activities under your remit, identifying opportunities to improve processes
- In conjunction with the Database Manager, supervise volunteers working on the fundraising database, routinely auditing their work. Delegating administrative tasks where possible
- Actively supporting and demonstrating our values through your role
What we're looking for:
- A detail driven person who is a great team player
- Someone with great customer service skills
- An ability to work quickly and thoroughly is essential
- The ability to use Excel to an advanced level and basic analytical skills (although training will be given in certain areas) with scope to developing new skills on other insight/analytical platforms
- A great problem solver with a logical approach to work
- Someone with a high level of accuracy
