**The Company**:
Our client is a growing dynamic and digitally innovative company which specialises in the investigation, assessment and management of geotechnical and geo-environmental issues.They alsoprovide aerial drone surveying and 3D ground modelling services.

**The Job**:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a Part Time Accounts Assistant.This role is to support their continued growth, and joining a friendly and supportive team.This role is to help manage the manage the day to day running of the Purchase ledger functionas well as playing a key part in the month end process. To assist with the management and audit of the company legislative and external systems such as ISO standards 9001,14001 & 45001 too.

Responsibilities include:

- Processing purchase invoices with high attention to detail
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Reconciling supplier statements to the company ledgers
- Assisting with the preparation of payment runs
- Handling and resolving supplier queries
- Liaising with other departments to resolve supplier invoice queries
- Uploading and transferring data into and out of the database to update various spreadsheets and finance system
- Uploading timesheets into database
- Raising sales invoices when necessary
- Assisting with credit control
- Providing basic holiday cover for other members of the administration team as required.
- Support management company legislative and external systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and SMAS

**The Person**:
For this role they are seeking someone who has:

- AAT part or fully qualified or qualification by experience
- Experience working with Sage 50
- Experience of CIS scheme and DRC for VAT

**The Salary**:
£23-25,000 pro-rata

**The Hours**:
20-25 hours per week

**The Location**:
Central Bristol (car parking available)
