**What does a Lounge Data Administrator do?**

We have an opportunity to join the Lounge Data Team on a 6 month Contract. This role will provide support to the Lounge Data team with lounge invoice reconciliation and various administrative tasks, including the adoption of good-practice business processes and systems to agreed standards and to provide support for all other activities as required for Priority Pass (EAME).

**Your duties will include and are not limited to the following activities and tasks**:
Invoice reconciliation
- Process Lounge Partner’s monthly invoice submissions within SLA.
- Acquire expert knowledge of internal systems used for data-entry, reporting and investigation.
- Ensure spreadsheets are accurate and kept up to date when logging invoice submissions and queries.
- Investigate discrepancies with invoice reconciliation and liaise with Lounge Partners to resolve queries in a timely manner.
- Report invoice submission best practice issues to Lounge Partner and internal teams, arranging refresher training if necessary.

**Data Entry**
- Accurately input manual lounge visit vouchers into the Priority Pass back office system.
- Identify and correct any data entry errors with lounge visits an
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets when logging visit amendments, complaints.

Administration
- Monitor and maintain a busy shared inbox and ensure enquiries are handled within SLA.
- Process internal and external requests for lounge visit adjustments and transfers.
- Reporting lounge visit adjustments internally to billing teams.
- Produce lounge visit / invoice reports for analysis.
- Work closely with the Lounge Data Supervisor to improve and streamline existing processes to ensure:

- Prompt and accurate receipt of invoice submissions from lounges.
- Quality and presentation of data received from lounges is consistent.
- Identify and develop internal best practices.

**How will you make a difference as a Lounge Data Administrator?**
- Working in a Customer or Administrative Support position and have previous experience of high-volume data input
- A good understanding of best-practice Data Entry systems
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills
- High level of numeracy
- You will be a natural problem-solver
- Strong level of accuracy, organisational and attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Enthusiasm for working under pressure
- Confidence with learning and using new in-house systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work with a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Haywards Heath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Haywards Heath
