What it's like to work here:Reporting to the Steam Yacht Manager, you’ll be part of a team of six working on Steam Yacht Gondola on Coniston Water.

On Gondola you’ll be joining an experienced and supportive team who will ensure that full training is provided.

What you'll be doing:Gondola is a small steam-powered passenger ship working on Coniston Water. You will join a small, friendly & professional team who will first train you as deck hand/purser, so that you can join the crew on passenger services when required. We will introduce you to the history of the boat, and teach you how to handle cash and membership enquiries.
You will then work five days each week, interacting with our guests. Sometimes you will work on the boat, and sometimes you will work on our jetty. You will assist with ticketing and payment, be confident engaging actively with our guests to tell the history of the boat, and help with membership queries.
