This is a full-time position, and the working pattern is based on 12-hour shifts rotating across a continental shift pattern which includes days, nights, and weekends.

**Warehouse Operative Responsibilities Include**:

- Meet daily order demand
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of a forklift truck for inbound and outbound loading and distribution of packaging, goods, and ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed
- Ensure all items are stored and accessed in the appropriate manner
- Report any product or packaging damage, non-compliance or missing items
- Manage packaging and product waste appropriately (i.e., segregation, storage, and reduction)

**Warehouse Operative Requirements Include**:

- A current in-date Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence
- The ability to operate within strict processing guidelines
- Ability to work individually as well as within a Team, demonstrating a can do attitude
- Demonstrating a proactive approach with a high level of accuracy and commitment
- Flexible approach to work
- Problem solving and analytical skills
