**Regional Peripatetic Clinical Manager
- £55,000 per annum.**

We are looking for a Nurse Qualified **Peripatetic Clinical Manager** to work closely with the Regional Operations Director and Home Managers across our 4 Nursing Homes in South London which span between Bromley, Sydenham, Brixton Hill and Tulse Hill. The regional office is based at our Bromley Home - Park Avenue Care Home andyou would be required to travel to the other locations as required.

Excelcare is a family-owned care and nursing home provider established for over 32 years.We provide support to older people with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities and mental health issues.

**About the role**:
The Regional Peripatetic Care Manager will provide leadership on all issues relating to clinical excellence. Coordinating and coaching staff to ensure that effective nursing care services are provided, quality standards are continually improved, and clinicaloutcomes are recorded and measured.

As the Regional Peripatetic Care Manager, you will ensure that the nursing and clinical teams within our nursing homes are well supported and have the necessary training and skill to perform their roles to a high standard. You must be passionate about providingthe best quality nursing care, ensuring the lives of residents are continually enriched.

**About You**:

- Registered Nurse - RGN, qualified with active PIN
- Experienced within a nursing/care home setting for older people.
- Extensive clinical knowledge
- Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation
- Excellent organisations and planning skills.
- Car driver is desirable.All travel expenses will be re-imbursed.
