**Location: Based at Hereford College, Folly Lane, Hereford**

HLNSC Group is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our busy marketing team which oversees all 5 colleges within the Group (Holme Lacy College, Hereford college, Ludlow Sixth Form College, North Shropshire College, Walford College) as well as Apprenticeship Training which is overseen by HLNSC Apprentices and County Training which is also part of the Group.

Key responsibilities:

- Designing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and adverts for print and online platforms.
- Design and send to production, prospectuses and other various publications.
- Creating graphics and layouts for our social media platforms and website.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our message to our target audience.
- Liaising with external suppliers and printers to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
- Assisting with the planning and deliver of college events.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in working in a graphic design role
- A strong portfolio of work showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience designing for print and digital platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at the same time.
- A valid driving licence and use of your own car
