We are looking for a driven and ambitious _**Marketing Executive**_ to join our small marketing team. This role will work across two thriving family businesses providing full marketing support.

As a Marketing Executive, you will be tasked with delivering marketing objectives across the full marketing mix. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
**What will you be doing in Marketing?**

**Digital**
- Assisting with creation of new websites and content
- Developing a strong web presence through blogs, case studies, landing pages and optimised SEO.
- Working with our external agencies creating and running PPC & remarketing advertising campaigns.
- Measuring performance of all digital marketing efforts, using appropriate tools to clearly show performance against metrics.
- Increasing the number of followers and engagement for our digital marketing and social media outputs.
- Provide support to the sales team with live chat and online queries from websites.
- Maintaining and updating the website channels, ensuring that they are fully optimised.

**Content**
- Providing community management on social channels, monitoring, and responding to activity in a timely manner.
- Generating unique and engaging visual content using graphics, photography, and video.
- Proactively create and schedule unplanned social media content on relevant channels when necessary.
- Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

**Other**
- Helping to coordinate attendance at external events and exhibitions.

**What we are looking for in our Marketing Executive**:

- Proven experience in the creation of marketing strategies, plans and campaigns for a minimum of 2 years.
- Demonstratable experience in managing marketing campaigns including website development, SEO, PPC and social media.
- Experience in measuring and reviewing digital activities through relevant tools. Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
- Confident writer and ideally, an interest in construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
- IT literate and willing to learn new technologies.
- Team worker and flexible.
- Ability to work under pressure in a lively office environment.

**Tools currently used in the Marketing Team**:

- Adobe Creative Suite - Visual Asset Design
- Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, (Planable platform is used for scheduling these).
- SE Ranking - SEO, Google Rank Tracking
- Shopify - Ecommerce and Non
- Ecommerce websites
