**Job Summary**
**Sales Advisor**

Do you have the confidence and life experience to approach and engage with customers? Are you a natural conversationalist who enjoys connecting with people?

We are seeking a **Sales Advisor** for small **Leather Goods** store located at MOTO Motorway services Cherwell Valley M40 (M40 Junction 10). This role is perfect for someone mature, sociable, and proactive—someone who can warmly approach customers.

**Duties**
- Engage with customers as they are browsing.
- Drive sales by effectively communicating product features
- Organise and manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Drive sales through conversation and genuine connection

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Plenty of **life experience**—you know how to strike up a conversation
- Confidence to **approach** and engage with people
- A natural, friendly personality—customers should feel **comfortable** around you
- A **sales-focused mindset**, with the ability to spot opportunities
- Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, but personality is key

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
