As Social and Content Manager, you will support the Head of Social to plan ongoing social media campaigns, advise on innovations within social media and social content, help respond to client briefs and new business proposals and help manage reporting and evaluatingclient campaigns.
The role is multi-faceted and will include some project management, client management, team management as well as core skills of a social professional - strategic thinking, creativity, production and evaluation.
In the role you will help develop and execute social campaigns, develop creative assets for multiple channels; measure impact and evaluate success and work with social influencers. You'll work with social content creators day-to-day to help bring client's socialobjectives to life while also having the opportunity to work with the wider team on large integrated campaigns. This role would be perfect for a PR Account Manager with digital and social content experience, looking to move into more of a social content ledrole.
What you will be doing:

- Planning and delivering social and content campaigns under the guidance of the Head of Social.
- You will be the expert in what makes an engaging story/ piece of social content and how to develop creative that works
- Thinking up creative concepts and ideas for social content.
- Planning and delivering social influencer relations activity.
- Leading the creative development of client social programmes, attending brainstorms and sharing ideas.
The essential skills and experience you need to be successful in the role are:

- Knowledge of the social and digital content landscape - as well as a good understanding of other disciplines including advertising, PR, content marketing, branding and design, media planning and buying, and the role that each one plays in the marketing mix.
- Can demonstrate ability to plan and deliver earned-led integrated social and content campaigns.
- The ability to be adaptable and calm under pressure.
- A confident communicator with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
- You will be curious with a passion for self-development and professional growth.
