**The role**: Overseeing the day to day running of the team you will support the Head of Merchandising with the ownership of key supplier accounts, forecasting, replenishment, ranging and availability, plus the management and ongoing development of the Merchandising Assistants and Assistant Merchandisers.

If you have a passion for Merchandising and have the experience within a fast-paced, retail/beauty or FMCG related business as a Merchandiser looking for a role that offers progression to Senior Merchandiser level, then this role will be of interest to you.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Oversee the day to day running of the team and assist the Head of Merchandising where required
- Ownership of our key supplier accounts; overseeing forecasts, replenishment, newness buys, stockholding, WSSI’s, ranging and availability
- Management of company replenishment parameters, ensuring that these are aligned to availability and stock targets
- Reviewing promotional performance and NPD performance with the Buying team
- Reacting to sales and changes in the market, ensuring sales are maximised and KPI’s are met
- Providing strategic inputs in order to aid development of departmental processes & reporting
- Management and development of Merchandising Assistants and Assistant Merchandisers
- Participating in quarterly range reviews
- A proven/experienced Merchandiser looking for progression and development
- Experience of managing a team within a fast-paced Beauty/Retail/FMCG environment
- Exposure and experience managing a large store estate
- Analytically minded and commercially aware
- Excellent communication skills, highly organised with strong Excel ability
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
