As our Operations and Returns Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the management of customer orders and returns, so if you're the kind of person who thinks there's a place for everything and everything in its place - we want to hear from you

**What's in it for you? **You'll get to work with a genuinely lovely bunch of people, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (we can be flexible) a starting salary of £21,000 per year, free lunches and a chance to give something back This is initially for up to 12 months to cover maternity, however, there could be a permanent position if we all think we are marvellous at the end of it

**What will you be doing?** Placing customer orders, booking courier shipments, raising returns and getting involved in the charging, testing and upgrading process of our returned pens. You get to build relationships with our customers, taking care of them and handling the online sales after care. This is a very busy role so if you like the days to go quickly, this is the job for you

**Requirements**:
Great with Microsoft office

CRM experience an advantage but full training will be given

A born organiser - everyone looks to you for the finer planning of any event

Olympic multi-tasker

If you have worked in a sales environment before that would be great, however, if you're a competent administrator, you can turn your hand to anything
