**Unqualified Teaching Assistants wanted**
**Location**: Hulme (Special School)
**Working Hours**: 08:30 - 15:30, Monday to Friday
**Pay**: £96 - £120 per day
**Start Date**: Immediate - with Enhanced DBS check

As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in:

- Engaging students in creative and skill-building activities that cater to individual learning needs.
- Supporting students’ development in basic literacy, numeracy, and life skills.
- Encouraging students’ social and emotional growth through positive reinforcement and structured support.
- Assisting in the organisation and supervision of classroom activities, helping students stay focused and involved.
- Collaborating with teachers to implement daily lesson plans and adapting them as necessary to support student understanding.

We are looking for individuals with:

- Experience or an interest in working with students with SEMH/SEND needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive connections with students.
- Patience, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young learners.
