With the support of our Divisional team, fellow Heads of Business and dealership teams, you’ll be accountable for the overall performance and profitability of our BMW Maidenhead and MINI Slough operations.

**About You**

This high profile position demands a highly motivated and dynamic leader whose passion is matched with their ability to execute when it comes to creating a culture and environment committed to Sytner’s four key stakeholders; Colleagues, Customers, Manufacturers & Shareholders.

The Head of Business provides an outstanding opportunity for the successful applicant to lead across all aspects of our business; Sales, Aftersales and our support functions. Alongside the internal stakeholders across both the division and wider Group that you’ll collaborate and partner with, you’ll maintain excellent working relationships with our manufacturer.

Sytner Group operate a unique business framework whereby our Heads of Business are empowered with the autonomy to lead our dealership teams with their own entrepreneurial spirit. Working closely with the management team, the Head of Business is accountable for the continued growth of the dealership. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate their skillset, which includes the ability to manage change, a strong focus on financial controls, an outstanding customer service mind-set, and a total commitment to our 'Best Company' initiatives.
