Based in our Deeside office we are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join our successful and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to let a variety of properties in the Deeside area and progress within the company.

Within the Lettings Negotiator role you will be responsible for:

- The day-to-day management of tenants, which will include generating viewings and obtaining lets on properties
- Maintaining records on internal databases
- Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk
- ins, in a professional manner
- Conducting viewings with prospective tenants and following up on feedback from these
- Generating market appraisals for the lettings manager

Experience isn't necessary but would be preferred. You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients, whilst also having a proven track record in closing deals. It would be beneficial to have a good knowledge of the Deeside area, with an up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
