**This role requires an eager Year 3 Team Leader who has high standards for their own practice

Year 3 Team Leader Role Overview

This Year 3 Team Leader position involves teaching a Year three class as well as additional responsibilities of a Year 3 Team Leader for which you will receive dedicated leadership time. Within this Year 3 Team Leader position you will utilise the excellentresources on offer, plus you will be working with a developing, broad and exciting curriculum which is based on values led education. As a Year 3 Team Leader you will be required to support and implement the vision and ethos of the school in all of your practiceswith the aim that every child should feel valued and confident.
