For this role, you must have recent experience teaching in KS1 and have experience in middle leadership as either a subject lead, year group lead or phase leader. ** KS1 Phase Leader ** Havering, London ** September 2025 start ** Full time, permanent contract ** £42,430 - £53,994 + TLR 2 (£3,000-£9,000) ** Choice of teaching Year 1 or Year 2 ** Strong Senior Leadership Team ** Great career progression ** Good education and training opportunities This primary school in Havering, London are looking to strengthen their extended leadership team with inspiring KS1 Class Teacher to work as their phase leader. This is an ideal middle leadership role for an experienced primary teacher who enjoys making a positive contribution to the whole school and who wants to take their next step up into leadership. For this role, you must be an outstanding classroom teacher with recent experience in KS1. You must be inspired and passionate about learning and have the ability to motivate and inspire others.
