A vacancy has arisen within the Offshore Energies division for a Customer Service Coordinator, based at our facility on Greenbank Road Aberdeen. Our business is focused on offshore energy markets, with the supply of gases (diving and welding gases, calibration mixtures), equipment rentals (nitrogen membranes, cylinders packages, Iso containers, cryogenic pumps).
The successful job holder is expected to be as proactive and efficient as possible, solving the customer demands and queries in a timely professional manner whilst delivering the best service possible at all times to reach an optimal customer satisfaction with respect to the Air Liquide policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities include**:
- First point of contact with clients and global Business Development Managers the ERP system.
- Participate in month end process and ensure month end billing is completed on time.
- Participate in credit collection process along with the credit control department
- Providing quotation to meet customer requests
- Process sales orders
- Assist with all business operational activities
- Provide excellent service and maintain good relations with all customers
- Participate in team meetings as required, including UK and Regional for all Offshore Energies activities
- Manage logistics to meet customer requirements
- Source quotes from freight companies to ensure competitive offers are received
- Implement efficiencies across the Offshore Energies business in regards to freight logistics
- Assist in the creation of freight related documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as required
- Provide administrative support for all contracts
- Maintain accurate records for all invoices, payments and customer documentation
- Assist with the month end process, ensuring procurement costs are accounted for in the ERP system

**Essential Requirements**:
Previous experience in shipping and customs required for this role.
**Work Pattern**:
Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.00hrs with 1 hour lunch break
