Customer Service Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator. This is a permanent role within a well-known company based in Aberdeen.
Key Objectives
- Ongoing scheduling of all training activities to ensure accurate and efficient utilisation of all training personnel, facilities and resources
- Accurate completion of administration tasks and their required deadlines
- Ensure all of our customers receives a warm welcome and a positive customer experience
- Ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with in a time efficient and effective manner
- Excellent communication and strong organisational skills
- Positive and determined approach to achieving results
Main Tasks
- Processing and input of customer / course delegate data
- Register delegates with awarding bodies
- Book online exams for course delegates
- Preparation and issuing of training course administration packs
- Raise awarding body certificates for customers
- Raise Invoices
- Process customer bookings
Experience / Qualifications
- Minimum of two years office work gained in an administration and / or customer service role
- Experience of using Windows-based word processing packages
- Experience of working with spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Database skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) - Desirable
- HNC in Administration or Business Management - Desirable
