The onsite administrator based at Birmingham City University will manage administration tasks associated with Manpower student engagement model on campus. You will manage on-going development to prepare students for employment following their time at University.

During your Apprenticeship, you will be:

- Develop and maintain relationships with managers and students.
- Ensure requests are actioned in a timely manner and the manager is kept up to date.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with students
- Assisting in the management of local events

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**
- Business Admin Level 3
- End point assessment
- Functional skills in Maths & English if required

**Working week**

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm ( 1 hour lunch break)

Total hours per week: 35 hours a week

**Things to consider**

Minimum travel may be required, as a team you may have to attend student events across other buildings on campus. The nature of this role will require you to adapt your communication style between managers and students.

**Salary**: £10,004.80-£19,760.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
