**What you will be doing**
As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure service users (Adults 18+) within the rehabilitation facility receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.
No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.
You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn’t like a free massage at work?

The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week.**Where you will be working**

Join the team at Ty Grosvenor, providing care for men and women with personality disorders and mental illness in an established and well-run service, where you will focus on equipping people with the appropriate skills for community living.
Ty Grosvenor is changing to an all Male service, with an all new acute ward opening. be part of this exciting new development of our services.You will empower and support people to reach their own unique goals while you learn about implementing five core zones of Work and Education, Interventions, Social Networks, Health and Empowerment. The service has two distinct wards and two-bedroom apartmentsthat support independent living. You’ll also benefit from access to mainstream resources within the local community.
