CPR Global Tech is the home of eelo cycling, CPR Call Blocker, CPR Guardian and WATCHU. **Brand**: eelo cycling CPR Global Tech is seeking an experienced cycle technician, with experience in e-bike technology. must have excellent people skills to support our sales inquires and be able to prepare our eelo e-bikes for resale. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Assemble new e-bikes for sale - Assist customers in technical support - Share product knowledge and enthusiasm for e-bikes, and other eelo accessories with customers - Deliver professional, accessible, and friendly service to our customer base - Assist in the warehouse daily operations, including inventory management, restocking, cleaning, and organizing. - Any additional tasks that ensure excellent customer service and outstanding value **ABOUT YOU**: - Knowledge of e-bike technology, accessories, and parts (know what is compatible & what is not, etc.) - Competent in e-bike repair, diagnosis, and maintenance - Excellent communication skills with customers and fellow employees - Desire and capacity to continually learn and increase skills and abilities, develop professionally, keep up with new technologies - Hard-working, energetic - Positive, “can do” attitude - Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented - Able to multi-task **Salary**: NMW + Bonus on archiving targets **About Us** OUR STORY Our aim is to keep cyclists safe, visible, and confident on the road. eelo was created to protect cyclists from accidents due to poor visibility: an imperative supported by clear statistics.
