Reporting to the After Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the warranty workshop helping to deliver the Tredz Mission and Purpose You will be the point of contact warranty technicians. You will also have your own specific responsibilities for stock Movements and Nearly new.

**To be successful in this role will be dynamic and agile while demonstrating our brand values of going the extra mile and sharing our passion for our customers. Using your hands on expertise you will make sound and credible decisions to prioritise and deal effectively with fast changing scenarios and opportunities.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all despatches are boxed and sent daily
- Ensure All Nearly new photos are taken and uploaded within 48 hours
- Control RTS and Nearly new movements, all to be in stock within 24 hours of completion.
- Manage boxing of depatches and nearly new bikes.
- Ensure all Damage location bikes are collected for LXF/Nearly new.
- Take despatches to DC where needed

**Core Responsibilities**
- Managing and maintaining stock.
- Daily Stock Processing
- Ensure Nearly new bikes are processed
- Monitor mechanics to ensure claims are made.
- Ensure all bike despatches are done daily.

**Key Skills/Experience/Knowledge.**
- Experience of working in a warranty role for 1 years.
- Bike technician knowledge
- Full Clean UK driving licence
- PC literate with specific knowledge in Microsoft Applications.
- Ability to train and coach others.
- Written and Verbal communication.
- Data analysis
- Problem solving
- Decision Making
- Digital Skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
