**HRIS Analyst**

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join us toleverage our systems to maximise value for our customers and our own company business performance.
You will be responsible for internal company and external customer company data analysis and producing reports/dashboards for these organisations. You will drive best practice business process/workflows and where possible identify other system dependenciesto support users in all areas of functionality.

**As the HRIS Analyst you will.**:
- Act as the hr inspire super-user for all HR systems, providing support to both team members and customers, and upskilling the team to support customers with systems support.
- Manage the relationship with HR system providers, reporting system issues, providing detailed examples when required and ensuring satisfactory resolution and escalate where appropriate.
- Work closely with the leadership team to determine key system requirements and project-manage the deployment of any upgrade or replacement tool.
- Ensure all HR systems are used appropriately across the team supported by improving our current process documentation, training and update comms using MS Teams capabilities as a key future learning tool to deliver.
- Drive employee self-service processes, using Microsoft tools, where possible.
- When required, perform simple configurations, taking into consideration business requirements and implications for process.
- Engage and support external customers with their initial set-up and implementation of BreatheHR including providing system demos, uploading and monitoring of their data to establish regular reports for customer employee trends. Improve the team’s capabilityin BreatheHR and support them with customer implementations.
- Produce ad hoc and regular weekly reports for both internal use and customers.
- Lead the ISO9001 accreditation process, generating action plans and ensuring they are delivered.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous hands-on HR systems and process experience and light configuration capability
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office products (TEAMs, SharePoint, MS365 products)
- Advanced Level in Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Experience of producing and drawing insight from HR data
- Able to communicate and develop professional relationships with a range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and at different levels, internally and externally
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound business judgement and discretion
- Excellent attention to detail and systems problem solver
- Innovative approach to problem-solving
- Pro-active, self-starter
- Knowledge of business analysis tools
