What does the role involve?

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Creating & maintaining talent pools for future hiring needs
- Identifying quality sourcing channels for specialist and niche skill sets

What are we looking for?

You're knowledgeable about sourcing, and always keen to learn more. You're naturally curious and resourceful with great problem-solving skills which you put to good use in finding great talent.

Also, we're looking for the following:

- Knowledge of Boolean and other sourcing techniques
- Good research skills
- Ability to analyse sources and identify what's working
- Networking skills
