Talent Sourcing is a global function at ServiceNow and works in partnership with the regional Talent Acquisition teams. In this team, you are at the forefront of the market, finding, nurturing and attracting the best and most relevant talent for ServiceNow.

The EMEA Sourcing team has 10 members and growing

**In this role you will...**
- Partner daily with the Talent Acquisition Partner for the region / business area providing access to the passive pool of talent and offering guidance and insights into the market.
- Use creative and innovative sourcing techniques to hunt down talent (Linkedin, SeekOut, Events, Social Media, Network, Google Xray)
- Pipeline and nurture talent using our CRM and community capabilities.
- Work in an efficient and operationally strong way using the ATS system
- Keep a data first approach, using reports to monitor your own performance, but also using market data to influence and tell the story to the business.
- Evangelise and be passionate about ServiceNow and our story

**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:

- Recruitment or Sourcing experience either in agency or in house.
- Experience of sourcing sales profiles within the DACH region
- Exceptional sourcing abilities with the creativity to think of new options / channels.
- Hungry and humble attitude and a growth mindset
- Exceptional story telling ability
- Strong partnership skills
- Ability to thrive in fast paced and change driven environments.
- Strong communication in English & German

**Work personas**

Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.

**Required in Office**

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.

**Flexible**

A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

**Remote**

A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
