**The Role**

The Employer Solutions Consultant (Recruitment) provides a pivotal and valued service within the team by supporting the sustainable employment of disadvantaged people within our communities. Building and maintaining external relationships with employers and our customers by focusing on matching skillsets and values with local employment opportunities. Ideal for anyone with sales, business development, account management or recruitment experience.

**You will **
- Be an advocate for Fedcap and the Restart Scheme, embedding a strong understanding of the benefits of sustainable employment and how we can support local businesses and our customers cohesively. This will be achieved through a collaborative and entrepreneurial approach.
- Engage with local businesses and employment initiatives to develop a portfolio of live vacancies.
- Understand the local employability market including growth sectors and share knowledge and best practice with your peers, customers and stakeholders.
- Deliver performance against agreed sales, service and quality KPI’s.
- Managing the co-ordination of a response to employer's requirements following identification and qualification of employer needs.
- Identifying opportunities for the development and growth of 'employer accounts' through following sales process, including qualifying opportunities and escalation.
- Managing the communication channels and preparation between local businesses and our customers throughout their individual recruitment processes.
- Maintain and share accurate information on local opportunities that can be utilised by the wider business in order to support our customers, develop business opportunities and celebrate our successes.

- Experience of business development, account management, sales and meeting targets
- Experience of working in a customer focused and service delivery environment
- Knowledge of the local regional and national labour market
- Understanding of employer’s needs, experience of training needs analysis (TNA’s) and organisational needs analysis (ONA’s), translating these in to fit-for-purpose programmes and services
- Knowledge of legislative employment regulations including safeguarding.
