**Job Title: HR Adviser**
**Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 FTE dependent on skills and experience**
**Location: Chilcomb, Winchester (with travel across our venues)**

**Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week (Flexible working options available)**

As a People Adviser, you’ll have the opportunity to have a big impact on our workforce and influence our culture. Managing our people information system and delivering reporting, as well as helping our line managers and employees across the trust with advice and guidance, you’ll be an integral part of the team.
There’s plenty of variety in the role, from unlocking the potential of our people information system, delivering reporting and actionable insight, through to enhancing our culture by developing new policies and delivering training sessions.
We love flexible working. Our team has adopted a hybrid working approach, working remotely or in venue as required. We can be flexible about how working hours are arranged across the week to ensure the arrangement works for you and for us.
We value aptitude, attitude and experience over qualifications, so it’s not an essential requirement of the role, but we are open to considering support for study towards CIPD qualifications.
**A bit about you**
You’ll be whizz using Microsoft Office Applications and have strong experience of using HR Information systems. You’ll like things to run smoothly and will take pride in keeping things on track, so your attention to detail combined with the ability to prioritise, plan and organise are key.
You’ll be a supportive team player, always willing to jump in and lend a hand, but also happy to work on your own initiative when necessary. As two days are never the same here, you’ll be adaptable, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
