Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client for an office administrator on a full time permanent basis, the client is based in the Holbeck - LS12 area of Leeds.
Working hours are 7.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday
Duties to include
- Basic administration
- Answer inbound calls,
- Customer Services
- Providing quotes
- Order processing
- Booking deliveries
- Arrange couriers
- Purchasing
- Arrange import of goods
- Invoicing
The role will be working in a small team of 4, and the role will be varied and require someone to be involved also with assisting in other departments as and when needed including potentially help unload a delivery etc
The company are looking for s strong character who is reliable and hardworking with strong IT skills including word and Excel.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
