**Responsibilities**:

Updating Customer Records in Our Database: To ensure accurate and up-to-date information about our customers, you'll need to update customer records in our database. This will involve accurately documenting customer interactions and ensuring that customer data is correct.

Following Established Processes and Procedures: You'll need to follow established processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. This will involve adhering to standard operating procedures and following established protocols for customer support.
