**Introduction**

An exciting opportunity to join TfW as Communications Business Partner who will enable Transport for Wales to develop a successful, long-term, strategic relationship between directorates and the Communications and Engagement team to achieve shared organisational objectives.

**Role responsibilities**
You’ll deliver high quality advice to various stakeholders by providing ‘real-time’ strategic insight to ensure communications project are on-brand, accurate and mitigate reputational impact.

You’ll provide essential support to designated teams/directorates by undertaking tactical and strategic activities to ensure effective collaboration and co-ordination between the Communications and Engagement team and rest of organisation.

You’ll lead the development of integrated communications plans and strategies, drawing on the various comms disciplines to provide a holistic communications support to various teams within TfW.

**Who we are looking for**

We’re looking for an experienced communications professional who has experience of delivering large-scale external facing communications activity.

You’ll need to have:

- Degree qualified in a relevant area such as Communication or Marketing or have equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering an internal communications provision.
- Experience of being the point of escalation where necessary.
- Experience of managing relationships with different stakeholders.
