**Role responsibilities**
- Deliver high quality advice to various stakeholder by providing ‘real-time’ strategic insight to ensure communications project are on-brand, accurate and mitigate reputational risk.
- Provide essential support to designated teams/directorates by undertaking tactical and strategic activities to ensure effective collaboration and co-ordination between the Communications and Engagement directorate and the rest of the organisation, including partners and stakeholders.
- Lead the development of integrated communications plans and strategies, drawing on the various communications disciplines to provide holistic communications support to the Commercial directorate within TfW. A key focus will be on driving up income and investment opportunities through carefully considered communications and engagement activity.
- Be an ambassador for TfW’s communications approach by leading our vision and values when delivering communications project work to ensure TfW delivers a consistent standard, approach and messaging.

**Who we're looking For**
- Degree qualified in a relevant area such as Communication or Marketing or have equivalent experience.
- Experience of delivering large-scale external facing communications programmes of activity or campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering an internal communications provision.
- Experience of managing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders

**Welsh Language Skills**

Transport for Wales supports and promotes the use of the Welsh Language by employees and will encourage them to develop, improve and maintain their Welsh Language skills. We fully support our people who want to improve their Welsh language skills, and personal development for Welsh Language skills are offered in a variety of ways such as online learning, classroom courses and funding attendance at local community courses.

Pay: £37,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
