This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business

**Job Purpose**

To accurately distribute orders to the correct routes and ensure this is done safely, along with any other requests required by management.

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately checking orders / totes from drop sheets paying special attention to route, according to procedures.
- Ensure orders / totes are allocated to pallet / route cage.
- Prioritise orders / totes by route departure time.
- Loading vehicles as per instructions, ensuring that all bins, boxes, bags are loaded in the vehicle in a safe manner.
- Ensuring all loads are secure, following the correct load security processes.
- Ensuring that all pallets and cages are stored correctly and bins, boxes, bags are stacked in a safe manner.
- Ensure all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
- Any other tasks required by management.
- Ensuring empty totes are sorted correctly

**Requirements**:

- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Good visual accuracy, numeracy and communication skills
- Committed to working in a hazard-free, world class health and safety environment
- Previous Warehouse experience is desirable
