Customer Operations French Speaker

Pod Talent are super excited to be partnered up with a global FMCG company who are looking for a Customer Care Representatives (French Speaker) to join their team in Windsor.
In this role, you will be in a team of four people within the Customer Operations department. You will be responsible for a specific region or category of food, as well as the customers within that region. You will be working with colleagues to provide a consistentand exceptional service to wholesalers, retailers and food distributors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, competent and team focused Customer Care Representative to join a global business and manage the order to delivery process within the Operations function.
You will interface between customers, sales and after sales and act as an advocate for your accounts to ensure you maximise fulfilment of customer orders to expected timelines and maximise revenue.
**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be in charge of
- Order processing and management
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Support customers with orders, queries, collections and complaints in an effective and efficient manner, while building strong and lasting relationships.
- Ensure on time delivery in liaison with Planning & Supply Chain, Logistics and Species teams.
- Provide system reports informing internal and external customers with information or measurements.
**Requirements**:
For success in this role, I am looking for
- 1-2 years experience in Supply chain, Sales, or Customer Service.
- Seek continuous improvement.
- Some knowledge of the food industry would be advantageous.
- Comfortable with managing stakeholders, negotiating, and partnering with B2B.
- Well versed in Excel: V-look up and Pivot Tables. Knowledge of SAP is ideal.
- Enthusiasm, passion and drive about the role and the company.
- Great communication skills and fluent in French.
