Blair West are working with an international service provider as they look to recruit a Finance Officer to their Newcastle City Centre office. Reporting to the Group Management Accountant, this an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take thenext step in their finance career and be involved in all elements of the daily transactional finance reporting.

**The opportunity**:

- Processing weekly contractor timesheets and handling any related queries
- Weekly payment runs
- Accounts Payable responsibilities, including processing invoices and maintaining the ledger
- Credit Control duties
- Ad-hoc support to the Group Management Accountant
- Experienced Microsoft office user, specifically Excel and Word
- Previous experience in a similar, transactional finance role
- Knowledge of Sage 200 and various banking systems
- Ability to work with in deadlines
- Experience of RSM InTime system would be advantageous but not essential

**The benefits**:
