As a Sales Supervisor in VRS RETAIL, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and objectives. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement training and development plans as needed.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and high levels of motivation among team members.

Sales Management: Set sales targets, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with company goals.
Monitor sales activities, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Develop and implement sales strategies, initiatives, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and market share.
Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and recommend adjustments to sales strategies as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong sales acumen and a track record of achieving targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong customer focus and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally as required.
