We are looking to recruit a driven ambitious **Sales Supervisor,** who has a passion for customer service. Our business focuses on people, products and culture.

- Attention to detail.
- Confidence dealing with both customer queries and staff issues.

**Supervisor Duties include;**
- Key holder - Opening and closing the store.
- Store sales and driving sales with colleagues.
- Overall appearance and presentation of the shop floor including pricing.
- Supporting the store manager with the smooth operation and day-to-day running of the store, communicating instructions from management and oversee its implementation.
- Support & encourage the on-going development of your team through regular training.
- Develop good customer relationships, address any employee/ customer concerns.
- Daily supervision
- staffing, training, discipline, scheduling and monitoring performance.
- Always ensure high caliber customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
