**Uniserve** are currently seeking a dedicated **Transport Administrator** to play a crucial role in their dedicated, dynamic team.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accurate Booking Management**: Utilize in-house systems proficiently to input bookings with precision.
- **Proactive Issue Resolution**: Keep customers informed of any operational issues in a timely manner, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
- **Client Management Support**: Collaborate with colleagues in client management, providing valuable support to ensure seamless operations.
- **Effective Communication**: Interact with both customers and hauliers, addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during the transport process.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster and strengthen relationships with our current customer and haulier base for continued growth and success.
- **Invoice Accuracy**: Thoroughly check all inbound and outbound invoices, ensuring accurate cost verification.
- **Documentation Management**: Chase hauliers for Proof of Deliveries (PODs) and promptly send them to the customers.

- Excellent communication skills to inform stakeholders of operational issues.
- Ability to support colleagues in client management effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues with customers and hauliers.
- Relationship-building skills to further develop connections with customers and hauliers.
- Attention to detail for accurate verification of invoices.
- Proactive attitude towards chasing hauliers for PODs to facilitate smooth processes.
