Office Manager - role overview:
This global leading firm within the art world has an immediately available six month FTC opportunity for a hands on and dynamic Office Manager to work very closely with senior stakeholders.This role will include the the day to day running of the department,processing of invoices, maintain budget spreadsheets, liaising with suppliers and managing key senior stakeholder relationships of all other department.

Working in a friendly, motivated team of three this is a unique and busy role with endless opportunities If you enjoy autonomy in your day to day duties and a fast paced set up then this opportunity is for you.

Office Manager - key requirements:

- Previous experience in Office management
- Strong numeracy with budget management experience
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong technical ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good teamwork ethic
- Organised, process-driven approach
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Methodical attention to detail

Office Manager - key responsibilities:

- Main point of contact for the team
- Raise purchase orders and code invoices
- Attend relevant meetings
- Order from and liaise with suppliers
- Prepare contracts for signature via DocuSign
- Assist with budget management
- Assist with implementing sustainability initiatives
- Assist with ad hoc administrative requests
