**The Company**

Our client is a creative agency focusing on commercial production, filmmaking, and photography. Their shoots range everywhere and anywhere from product photography to large-scale film productions on location around the world. This is an exciting opportunityto join an exciting company that even gets to meet some very special people.

**The Role**

We are looking for a Postproduction Manager to manage the team to ensure the post-production process is moving quickly and to the companies' high standards. You will be liaising with clients and the production team along the way.

**Responsibilities**:

- Video editing, grading, sound design and delivery.
- Managing the post-production calendar and having foresight to manage workflow.
- Managing the post-production team and ensuring they are supported and working to deadlines.
- Liaising with clients, maintaining clear communication throughout the post-production process.
- Meeting regularly with the production team to review and improve best practices.
- Keeping up to date on new technologies and implementing the data workflows, such as hard drive and server management.
- Effective time management processes to ensure targets are met daily.
- Forward planning of post-production pipeline, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- Responsibility for filing paperwork and data entry associated with each project.
- Editing projects from start to finish, including assembly edits, final edits, colour grading, sound mixing, music sourcing, and final delivery.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Experience managing a multi-skilled, fast-paced team
- Experience of video editing in an agency environment
- Is ready to use Davinci Resolve as their key editing platform
- Has a strong understanding of achieving different editing styles
- Has a varied portfolio of work
- Clear communicator
- Experience with 2D animation
