**Customer Service Executive**

**Up to £35k plus bonus | **Mon-Fri 7:30-4:30 | Colchester (office based) | Order processing / customer service / converting quotes to orders | Confident communicator / ability to spot a sales opportunity and convert / problem solver / customer focussed

Our Client is a leading business who specialise in manufacturing and distributing towed equipment and parts to the plant hire, construction and utility industries. They are currently recruiting for a **Customer Services Executive **to work as an internal liaison between sales, operations and purchasing to ensure a smooth transaction whilst offering best in class customer service.

**Duties (include but are not limited to)**
- Contribute towards hitting company revenue and profit numbers, measured daily
- Process orders quickly and accurately, managing customer expectations
- Processing returns and courier issues efficiently, communicating with Internal Account Managers
- Updating customers on back order due dates on a daily basis
- Ensure we provide customer excellence at all times enhancing the company NPS
- Answer incoming calls as required

**Person Specification**
- Dynamic, organised and multi tasker
- Proven admin experience - telephone based
- Active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Building effective working relationships with internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to influence
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled in negotiation
- Experience of working with technical or complex information
