Job Introduction

Landmarc Support Services is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Team Supervisor to join our team at Brunswick Training Camp.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Ranges Team Manager to oversee a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring motivation and engagement to meet our contractual requirements effectively. Your primary goal will be to ensure the seamless delivery of services related to the Training Estate Ranges consistently meeting customer needs and expectations.

Main Responsibilities
**Collaborative Relationships**: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

**Policy Adherence**: Follow all company policies, including those in the Health and Safety manual, Environment and Sustainable Development, Sustainable Procurement, and Security.

**Flexibility**: Adapt work hours, tasks, and locations as needed to ensure continuous improvement and meet the needs of our service users.

**Coaching and Mentoring**: Provide guidance and support to the Team Leader, stepping in during absences.

**Health and Safety Knowledge**: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety, cleaning equipment, and products used within the facilities department.

**Staff Scheduling**: Manage team leave schedules to ensure sufficient staffing levels.

**Recruitment Assistance**: Participate in recruiting processes as required.

**Contract Adherence**: Ensure compliance with the TESC contract for Range Maintenance.
- Understanding of management theories and techniques
- Familiarity with COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments, and safe systems of work, ideally at IOSH Managing Safely level
- Understanding of workload scheduling and work order processes
- Strong people management skills
- Knowledge of KPIs and contractual requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Excellent communication abilities with individuals at all levels
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Commitment to continuous improvement and performance management
- Must hold a full valid UK driving licence
