Retail Supervisor

Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Retail Supervisor to join our team working at Premier Store Brookwood GU24 0DT.
You will be responsible for managing shifts in the absence of the Manager, which includes taking responsibility of the post office counter as well as the store whilst on duty. You will support the manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide a great service to our customers.

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
What we offer:- This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, (any 5 days out of 7). Shifts range between 06:30 and 20:15, leaving your evenings free - a rarity when you work within culinary/hospitality.
- The hourly rate is £12.80.

- The successful applicant will be expected to manage shifts which includes taking responsibility for the store whilst on duty.
- Be an important part of the management team and support the manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide a great service to our customers.
- Take full responsibility for running the shop in your manager's absence ensuring that customers are looked after, deliveries are worked quickly, and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy shop.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop your team of retail assistants.
- Take responsibility for the control of operational costs including shrinkage, waste.
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have a legal right to work in the UK.
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks and provide 2 references.
- Previous experience in Retail.
