As an independent shop we are looking for excellent customer interaction skills. We pride ourselves in our customer service and our unique products. The role involves the day to day running of our store within a small team. We require smart staff with great sales skills who have a keen eye for detail in merchandising and an accurate approach to the management of stock.

All sales skills can be trained but experience in a customer facing roll would be advantageous. We are looking for staff who can work on their own initiative and build relationships with our wonderful customers.

This is first and foremost a sales position and communication within a small team is essential.

Our staff have the opportunity to get involved with most aspects of running a small store from ordering, stocktake, sales, merchandising, assisting with the website sales and social media. Your duties would include everything from cleaning to window dressing.

Full time hour: 40 per week

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 - 40 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
