We are looking for a **University Placement Service Advisor** to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Student Services Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Undergraduate degree (desirable)
- Strong interest in working with international students and helping guide students on their university education.
- Knowledge of UK higher education system
- Excellent organisational, inter-personal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively on an individual basis and as a member of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to completion
- Knowledge and experienced user of cross-platform messaging e.g. WhatsApp, WeChat, Line etc.
- Awareness of UKVI Student Route visa regulations (desirable)
- Experience of database management
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform (desirable)
- Good IT literacy in particular MS Office, Excel, Teams and Zoom
- Fluency in a 2nd language is an advantage - particularly written and verbal Arabic or Mandarin.
